Best service. Pam and Gil made my experience with storage easy and stress free. I have moved units here twice started with large 10×20 then 10×10 and now i have a 10×15. They made the changes I needed easy thank Pam your so helpful and sweet. You both are very professional and clear on all storage information and do a great job of keeping the area clean and safe to use. Pam your so helpful and friendly just want to say thank you for making things smooth it helped my day of moving units. I would store here in the future absolutely.! Customer Service could most certainly use some improving! Picking up my U-Haul was the easiest part! I paid my estimated amount on my debit card, signed for the truck rented, was instructed the truck was ready out front. I was told they weren't sure where the keys were and that I would have to look, after searching I found them in the visor. There was trash and a large sign that I am assuming was from the last customer who rented the truck in the front seat, the cup holders were filthy. After finding the keys I did my moving and returned it 4 hours later as scheduled. Upon my arrival someone met me outside, scanned the code on the truck, checked the mileage and the gas amount, did a walk of the vehicle. We proceeded inside where I signed off and paid my remaining balance for mileage; cash. About 15-20 minutes later I got a call from this locations office saying I needed to come back and pay for damage that the trucks wheel was severely ripped and was un drive-able, it could not be rented out again and I needed to come pay for the damages. I told the women on the phone I was unavailable to come at that moment but was more than happy to come after my son woke from his nap to look at the "Torn Tire". I attempted to explain that this may be a case of poor inspection on their part that this more had to have occurred when the vehicle was not in my possession (before or after my rental). I was told that I was wrong and rudely commented. Shortly after this conversation I received a voicemail from the same women saying that they have reversed my payment for my rental and that their system still shows that I still have the truck rented out and to avoid extra charges and fees it is imperative that I come pay for the torn tire immediately. This is absurd, on my receipt given at checkout it clearly says quantity rented: 1, quantity returned: 1, quantity damaged: 0. It is completely unprofessional and un-business like to reverse an already completed transaction. Then to threat and make an accusation regarding equipment I no longer have. Anything could happen in the time that the truck shows to be rented out to me, when in reality I do not have it. Nor should I be financially or legally responsible. In closing, I contacted U-Haul support to open a dispute, the very helpful representative whom helped me explained that on her end she shows no reversal, that legally they cannot do that if they do plan to do so and that once a transaction is closed, its closed. I should be contacted by someone in 3 business days to discuss further details. Not only did the women I spoke with (Pam) have poor, very rude, poor customer service skills and try to threaten/coheres me with saying the truck is still rented to me, but she lied! I have used U-Haul for all of my moving needs for years, but never again will I use this location nor would I recommend my worst enemy!!

Two words. Mr.Gil. 2220 Country Club Dr. Carrollton, Texas He really ehanced my experience. Went the extra mile to provide me with much needed advice. Didn't feel he was only trying to make a sale. Thanks U-Haul. Hire more like Mr.Gill.
