Great experience. Needed to be picked up in time real early in morning (345 am) and the shuttle was 5 minutes early. The car was clean and ride was enjoyable. Will def use every time in jacksonville

I have used EZ Airport Shuttle a total of five times and have had a different driver each time. I really like the fact that they are in communication with me as soon as I turn on my phone after the flight or within an hour of when they are to pick me up. They are always early to where I am staying or waiting for me when I exit the terminal. I find them to be good drivers, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate the water during the ride. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We have used EZ Airport Shuttle for many years with excellent results. They are always on time and very professional in their demeanor and service. They monitor your return home flight and are ready to adjust the pickup. Your luggage is loaded/unload to and from the vehicle and cold bottled water is at the ready once inside the vehicle. If you are travelling with a large amount of luggage, let them know and a van will be used to accommodate your needs. Their rates are very reasonable. This a no stress method of transit to and from the airport that I highly recommend. David

One word: Embarrassing. I reserved cars and chauffeurs fire airport and personal service...and was expecting alot mire than what I received. I spoke with a very friendly lady who carefully explained their impeccable 5-Star services and policies. I clearly specified and paid extra for a town car on both trips, but they fell incredibly short of filing that order. Driver #1 arrived promptly at 6am....in a Gold Minivan. I contact the office to request they not include the extra fees for the town car, because we're in a Minivan. Driver#2 (return) also met us at the airport on time. We were guaranteed town car. We begin to walk near the rows black cars, but it's not EZ service . Then a 1980s light-blue, water stained window car pulls up. An man gets out, representing EZ. The car reaked of smoke and had this nasty sausage-gravy colored interior...I was afraid of contracting an STD, just extremely gross..the arm rest had holes in it! It was the longest, most horrifying, highly embarrassing ride into my upper middle-class subdivision. If this service wasn't pre-paid, I would've taken a taxi. I DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
