WORST BUS SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! They give absolutely no communication to the passengers all my busses were late due to drivers not being on time to work. I already paid almost $200 just for me and my girlfriend alone from NY to Orlando and they made me pay an extra $40 at the station so I can go another bus that I was supposed to go on anyways I hate this bus service and I will never be doing it again supposed to be at work soon they told me I will be reaching Orlando at 11:00 this morning and it’s 10:49 and I’m still in Jacksonville waiting on the next driver they told me the wait was 20 minutes and we have been waiting for almost 2 hours now! Unbelievable

Literally 3 people visibly on meth in and around station hard core cracked out, had my back pack cases multiple times. I hate bus travel but find myself doing it roughly 4 times a year and this is probably the only time I've actually felt unsafe inside a station. Oh, and hypodermic needles on the bathroom floor and outside sidewalk. This was right after hurricane Irma so I don't know if this had some effect on the situation but it was very, very sketchy. Bus station attendants inside though were more helpful than most and I could understand what they were saying, which is a significant step up from the Charleston, Savannah and Charlotte stations.

When I was on the bus the driver were nice to us all on it.I have no problem to ride it again.

Great place... not much to offer in the way of quality but they do offer food. There is also an unsavory element that were outside of the terminal smoking weed and looking a little intimidating but they didn't bother me.

My buses arrived up to two hours late 4 out of the 6 times I've travelled from this station. Terrible at being on time.
