My husband got his identity stolen by someone in this office. We know this because we tracked all his activities down and the ONLY place we gave all his info to in the last YEAR is this medical office, when we took our child in. Someone opened a Target credit card 1 mile from the office and spent $2000 the next day (and more). The medical staff is fine but trust is lost for us. Police report has filed but of course this "victimless crime", as police calls it, was not on the top priority. Be careful with this place and DO NOT provide SSN, you don't have to. We won't make that mistake again.

She's a great dr UNTIL your child gets sick. Had to take my daughter to the hospital to fix something Dr Pat did to my daughter and she has no idea she did anything wrong. She medicates even if she has no idea what is wrong with your child.

The staff is terrible. Advice: escalate to the office manager if you dont get your work done. They don't have empathy or the ability to use judgement to treat cases based on the circumstance. They read off "scripts"

This Office is very nice. It is not as complete as the Porter Ranch facility. But it is clean and professional.

Love this office...I followed my doctor from Porter Ranch she's great. Front office customer service is good I don't have any complaints. Good and fast service. Lab is great! Nurses wonderful as always.
