I've been going here for almost a year. My original doctor left and I switched to stay in the office as the convenience was more important. Honestly, everyone from the front desk, nurses and doctors and even the customer service people on the phone have been super helpful and joyful. I would definitely recommend coming here.

The purpose of this site is to rate THE DOCTOR, not perceived, real or imagined slights from the office staff, or misunderstandings over billing issue. My father has been under the care of various UCLA physicians for the past few years, and NEVER, have we had any issues whatsoever. Dr. Tsoi, Dr. Merchant, Dr. Wu and others have exhibited nothing but the utmost care and concern, taking inordinate amounts of time in assessing and addressing his many health issues. We have never left their offices with the sense that we were "rushed", but always with an understanding of what his symptoms are and the plan of treatment.

We love Dr Tsoi! She's always happy to give you her time and answer questions.  Staff here have always been really pleasant and helpful. Other family members and I all go here and have seen other docs here who have been good quality also.

Dr Tsoi has been my doctor for five years and I consider my self very fortunate to have such a well educated, professional and competent physician.

WARNING BEWARE!!!! If you want to pay outrageous costs then this is the doctor office for you! I went in as a new patient and (per the billing dept exact words) just for talking to the doctor the new patient cost is $760!!!  I have never had a doctor visit ever cost that much in my life. Of course there's deductibles to be met but I have never in my past had just one visit that filled up my entire deductible. This is just wrong. The actual office will not tell you what their office visits cost. And when I spoke to billing their exacts words were to google for research the levels of cost/care. I am just in shock. And from what I see in other reviews below, they don't do payment plans either. I disputed the cost and the billing dept called me saying theyre justified for the info he requested in the data base and his "decision making". I guess the dr having me follow his pen in different directions, standing on my heels/toes and sending me on my way with a tylenol rx is justifying enough for them. Just unreal. STAY AWAY!!!
