Been here often.  It's hit and miss if it's busy.  The staff works hard and has always been friendly with me.  They recently suggested some blood work for me.  Results were back within the time frame promised.  They called to give me the details and took the time to answer any questions I may have had.  
If you are not looking for touchy feely staff and people that get right to the point, this place is great.

I've been injured (sports related) so many times and almost every time they give me very good advice and take care of me. They're waiting time might seem slow, but it's pretty fast compared to other urgent care centers. I've always been taken care of. I had an MRI for a ACL tear here, I've had God knows how many X-rays here and every time it's been great service and good nurses. I've built somewhat of a familiarity with Dr. Joshi and he gives great advice on how to treat my injuries. Would definitely recommend.

Went in during vacation and had a great experience. Highly recommended for their skilled doctors, caring nurses and friendly staff! Went back for follow up at no charge on a Sunday!

I was told 30 mins,there's only 1 person in front of me.I know I needed an x ray for poss cracked ribs,20 mins in the front office waiting room,then another 40 minutes in the tiny back room....no doctor showed up...I could hear them chatting and laughing through the walls and having a good ole time.....still no one showed up...not even a dr came to  ask me why I was there....1 hour 10 minutes later I walked out still injured,no x ray.
and to cap it off the receptionist told me when I was leaving there  were 2 people ahead of me now....I got my co pay back,and saw they were l eating heir lunch......Urgent care I don't think so,I could have been dead in the back room for all they knew......Never again,poor service..I was in agony,but who cares? ...............  no one..
