All staff were friendly and extremely helpful.  Dr.  Simpson kept us very informed.  We ended up at the hospital,  but they were just great and informative.  Very happy with the service provided.

I came here because I have gold coast as my insurance. I waited around 30minutes after i had checked in and then my vitals were taken. I waited another 15 mins till I got to see Dr. Simpson. She was very thoughtful and very informative regarding my health. She gave me packets of information so i can educate myself and be aware of my situation. All the staff were professional and very nice. Everyone smiled and the place was very clean compared to simi valley Adventist hospital. 
I really appreciate everyone at this facility and to Dr. Simpson who has helped me to better my health by not only "doing the job" but with sincereity that really is rare in the medical profession.

I have been going here off and on for over 5 years. I ha e yet to find the same quality of care outside this clinic anywhere in Ventura County.  Oh sure, their might be fancier offices with affiliations to famous hospitals elsewhere. However, I have yet to find another clinic with the staff that actually cares about the individual and treats them as a patient as they do here at Sierra Vista. I left the UCLA Medical family and came back to Sierra Vista for this very reason. I'm sure others will disagree and they may even have some very good reasons. However, I personally will never switch to a doctor outside the clinic again.

I have been going here for a year now and have interacted with a majority of the staff. The entire hospital staff are just amazing, kind individuals who really care about everyone's well being. I would recommend this hospital for anyone for any type of service you may need.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 10 years. Had my share of undesirable doctors.
Have finally found a Dr. in the clinic that cares. Dr. Kapadia, she’s the best . She takes the time to listen and help, even though she’s on a time crunch. Glad I found her.
