I can’t recommend Facial Rejuvenation Center enough! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Unfortunately, most of the bad reviews seem to be coming from a former employee who has made multiple accounts to try and sabotage them. It’s appropriate to recognize this because FRC is truly an amazing local business with high quality products. I moved to Texas and I literally wait until my next trip back to Iowa to get my skin treatments here! Services: BOTOX treatments
So the crazy "injector" finally got booted from this place?! YAY! Everyone-- you are now cleared to go to this beautiful business with amazing employees who DO know what they are doing, and are well supported by medical doctors affiliated with the business. PLEASE NOTE: If you see a negative review it was either from the son of the 'disgraced injector'-- family doing her bidding from afar-- or it was from a legit client who had problems *with the former injector only*-- again, the person who is now being replaced! Definitely check this place out now that they are about to be BRAND NEW! You'll love FRC!!Service: BOTOX treatments

Thought I'd check this place out again since I had such a great experience about a year and half ago. WOW! It's completely changed. The staff are not medically trained, they're just doing facials. No nurse or doctor on side, just a secratary who's doing all the "procedures." Not legit.

DANGEROUS? Potentially. HORRIBLE? Absolutely. As a professional RN BSN COHN with 25 years of experience, I know something about proper medical care. Did I receive proper medical care? No way. Should a person have an adverse reaction, do you know what a professional does? They act. They act immediately! Do you know what FRC did? NOTHING! No response at all. I emailed, no one responded. I called, no one responded. I emailed again, saying that I hadn't gotten my nails done, I had a medical procedure and I expected a response, no response. I emailed again and again, no response. At this point I began to wonder if the medical staff was getting the emails at all. Was it possible that a medical professional actually received these emails and didn't respond? No way. No way would a doctor, nurse or any other type of professional fail to respond to a problem as significant as a post-procedure complication. I decided to go to the clinic, after-all It had been nearly a month since my appointment! When I arrived, they said I never tried to contact them. They basically said I was lying. Excuse me? Naturally, I had proof. When pulled up my emails and telephone calls, they then said they didn’t “get” any of my emails or phone calls. At this point the “office manager” said she had received one call three days earlier. What about all of the other emails? They actually told me that the emails sent directly or through their contact form go to their spam folder. They actually told me that their IT department set up their email that way! Excuse me? When I asked to speak to one of the doctors still thinking they didn’t know Shawn came rushing out to the waiting room demanding that I make an appointment if I wanted to speak to her! She demanded that I leave. Holy cow! I left naturally. I called back to say that I had never expected things to go that way and I apologized to them. Yes, I’m a total dork. I actually apologized to them! Afterwards, I called the ENT clinic who is responsible for the clinic. Naturally, they were very concerned! The manager gave me his own private telephone number and he assured me that an investigation would be conducted and he would keep me informed. THAT is how a professional responds. While talking to him, I learned that Shawn was partially responsible for the running of the FRC. Ah! Now I’m beginning to understand why this person would not want to respond, or speak to me at all. Speaking to the man responsible for both clinics, I got the sense Shawn was on their radar. This was just a sense of mine, so not necessarily a fact. A final thought...if I take one of my dogs to the vet for a medical issue, the vet calls. Not “usually” or “occasionally,” the vet calls every single time! Does yours? If I send an email or make a call, the vet calls every single time. Does yours? Too bad these people weren’t vets, hey?
Shawn at Facial Rejuvenation is the one to see! She is knowledgeable, kind, and runs a fabulous office. This is my go-to for all my needs. You will not be disappointed.
Very professional and I always leave completely satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend!
