I have stored things at many storage facilities before and know the difference between OK sites and really great sites. Factoria wins the prize where this is concerned. Ben and his team give top notch professional service and the rates are reasonable. The facility is clean and well lighted, you drive into the building,  so that's awesome on rainy days. I recommend this site to all my friends.

Amazing customer service. The manager there is so nice and accommodating. This unit feels safe, the temperature is nice and warm in the winters and cool in the summers and I can't imagine storing my stuff anywhere else

I really appreciate the professionalism and friendly candor at this storage facility. If I can be honest, it's really like coming home. I feel very fortunate to have found this facility and its top notched staff. No. Ben did not pay me to write this review. It's my genuine experience. Carl a life long customer.

Moving it self is stress. They make things very easy and stress free. Theres reason why they have such a good reviews. 
Moving companies and competition should learn from them !
