RATS!  DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE!  I stored my personal belongings in new boxes and plastic bins.  The boxes were eaten into and the poop was everywhere so there was nothing salvageable in the boxes they were into.  They ate clothing (not synthetic/polyester) cotton, linen, and they urinated so there was absolutely nothing to do but throw away the boxes. 
I had office chairs that were fabric that had urine and poop, again, the trash.  Wires from some of my equipment were chewed and ruined.
WILL NOT REPORT TO MANAGEMENT:
The staff member I reported this to told me in person that SHE DID NOT REPORT THE RATS TO HER MANAGEMENT.  That I needed to contact the insurance company.  One of the staff members told me that they have rat traps surrounding the property and it's not the companies FAULT that they build on wetland properties, that it is just not their FAULT. 

If you have PLASTIC BINS, maybe it's ok if you don't mind rat poop and urine.

Just signed up for a storage unit at public storage in Factoria area it’s only six blocks from our home and so convenient. The unit is very clean and the manager of the site Lauren covered every little detail that we needed to know in great detail. She was so knowledgeable and knew things before we even asked. Really appreciated her whole personality and help!

DO NOT RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE. F rating from Better Business Bureau. They jack up rent every 6 months. I have to pay $406 every month for a 10 x 20. Online AT SAME LOCATION 10 x 10 is $126. THAT WOULD BE $252 FOR 10 X 20. THEY PREY ON CUSTOMERS. They count on it being too much of a pain to move. I believe all the 5 star reviews are phony and submitted by Public Storage. Don't get me wrong, I've had no problems with employees, but the corporation has unethical practices. Don't trust my review, Google "Public Storage complaints". They also changed access hours from 6 am - 9 pm to 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. The corporation is a total scam!

For our 3rd unit at this site, Lauren was the manager and handled our intake very professionally and with patience. Only open till 6 pm from December, which is a bummer for small biz. Also, exit gate pin pad only works if you're seated high, else you have to climb out of your car each time.  Otherwise, well kept property, though a bit pricey.
