The store is in good location, more stuff nowadays. Store Manager is nice and sincere person. But Some of Cashiers/ staffs are not friendly and know how to treat all kind of customers in an appropriate ways. This needs to be fixed or a replacement otherwise the store will get legal issues or decreased of sales goal.

Okay, F2U/Fallas is my jaaaam! Great deals, and once in a while you can find clothes here that are overstock from Target(brands like Mossimo). Sometimes it's a bit of a scavenger hunt to find something that I really like, but in general they have a pretty great selection of clothes for women. The downside is that when they have great clothes for so cheap they tend to run out of those clothes really quickly. So, I would recommend checking in every so often, like every two weeks for their new stock.

Factory 2 u is still the same but convenient others that aren't fortunate to buy expensive or name brand stuff. The only problem is that customer service sucks employees needs to be more helpful and greeting. But other than that I like this store.

Huge place lots of choices however did not have chance to shop due to rude staff not providing me any assistance getting around in my wheelchair ..
