I had an appointment the morning of October 17, 2016 at 9:30 am. It is raining this morning which it rarely does in SoCal. I am standing at a locked door at 9:27 am. I knocked on the door and a woman approaches saying that they don't open until 9:30 am. I said that it is raining and I am getting wet. She replied "I'm Sorry" You sure are sorry, a sorry excuse for a human being that would allow a senior citizen to stand out in the rain because you wouldn't open the door 3 minutes early. You must be f n joking. How RUDE can you be??? My appointment was at 9:30 am. I should have been sitting in a dentist chair at 9:30 and not standing outside in the rain.

Horrible experience. Most of the Dental aids are extremely unprofessional, disorganized and dishonest. I will honestly would never suggest anyone to take there children there. They didn't properly clean my son's teeth. One of the Dental aids almost completed the wrong procedure on my son because she was unsure about the chart.

Horrible service I had a horrible tooth ache and 5 cavities according to her she didn't even show me my X-rays to show me where my cavities were she also said I needed a root canal and would need about 1000 dollars to get that done because my medical didn't cover it after telling her I was in so much pain she still didn't give me medication to ease the pain I had to go to Los Angeles to another dentist. Which she gave me a prescription to help my tooth which I had an infection. Down in fair oaks she supposedly gave me a cleaning. Second dentist said I still had stains on my teeth! The filling she put in is cracked and 2 of the other filling "look weird on the X-ray"said the second dentist horrible. She's robbing people's money!
