Absolutely amazing location. The individuals here go above and beyond. They instantly jumped to help me out when I was in a challenge with my vehicle in an area I’m not from, and were some of the most honest and kind individuals I have ever met in this type of business. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover these guys. The amount of detail they put into making sure everything we needed was taken care of was astounding, while making sure they did not do anything that we didn’t really need, which in the end saved us a ton of money. They were kind, courteous, prompt, and incredibly thorough. I cannot believe i have taken my car anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend Fairfield Automotive, and I’m definitely now a customer for life.

Quite simply outstanding. We hauled in my '04 Subaru Outback, which was at the point where we weren't sure whether to repair or replace. We could not afford to replace, so repair we did. David and John talked us through every step of the repair before we committed; it was very useful to have two perspectives, each expressed differently. They understood our situation (moreover all the handicap gear in the hatch surely bespoke of things at home) and did not treat this mom-and-daughter team as The Little Woman. How refreshing for the owners of a beloved old car (that is truly our workhorse) to be treated with respect!

The car that was returned to us was a miracle. It's been not quite a week now, and every time I drive I discover one more little thing has been repaired. I haven't seen such attention to detail since helping my then MIT-boyfriend rebuild the engine of his '71 Volvo in the mid-80s. The guys themselves were extremely proud of their work, which added to the affirmation of the decision we had made. "It was the right call," said David. 

The cost? It was well under what I had anticipated (and feared), but a little over the estimate -- yet the additional little repairs were worth it. Last, the car came back unbelievably clean: upholstery, carpet, dash and all deep cleaned, polished, and smelling, well, not quite new, but sweet all the same.

I know now this car isn't really ours anymore: she will go back to the guys for the next oil change, and in due course, new brakes. Her tag letters are TRH which we've always thought of as Try Harder. We did and so we shall continue.

My entire family has been using Fairfield Automotive for years.  Always great service and from guys you can trust.  They get you out in a timely manner and have very fair pricing.

John and the team are awesome.  I bought a classic Jeep Wagoneer and brought it in to Fairfield Automotive after purchase.  They took the time to fix everything and paid attention to every detail.  Can honestly say they treated it as if they owned the car.  Communicated throughout the process and beyond fair with pricing.  By far the best auto service experience - they care about the work.
