There's no shortage of auto shops and mechanics in the Wilton / Norwalk area, but these guys are good. Excellent customer service, fair prices, and they seem to understand what the clients need and are there to work with you on effective solutions.  Willing to shuttle you to the train station or anywhere else nearby, and a very helpful attitude.  Due to the age & mileage of my car I've been there a bit more often than I'd like, but they definitely take some of the pain out of getting a German car repaired.

Top notch facility for your car care and top notch people for great service! This new place is no different than a large dealer repair facility as far technology and services go, but are different than what the dealer would charge you. If you're in the area, just pull in the driveway and at least see what I'm talking about.

Unfortunately my experience with this business has been less than positive.  I broke down on route 7 and had no choice but to pull over for what I thought was a new muffler.  According to Wilton Auto and Tire I needed a new catalytic among other things for $1,284.  A few days later they called to tell me that I needed an oxygen sensor for an additional $475.  I picked up the car the day before yesterday and still had the "motorcycle" sound affect.  They said the noise wasn't there the day before but they would fix it.  Picked up the car today to find that the engine light was on.   When my boyfriend called to inquire they said the engine light wasn't on before, meaning an hour earlier.  They have washed their hands of this.  Tomorrow I will bring the car to a mechanic in my town to see why the engine light is on.  My research points to a faulty oxygen sensor they replaced.  Hopefully the diagnostic test will tell me tomorrow.  The car service and knowledge is not at Wilton Auto and Tire, sorry to say.  A week later and close to $2k my car isn't fixed yet, very disappointing.
