Way over priced, out of date rooms and beds. Severely needs to be updated. The only saving grace is it's proximity to food.

This is the second time in a year that I was bumped from my reservation at the Fairfield Inn, even though it was made weeks in advance! I checked in at 5:30pm only to be told that I now have a reservation at the Best Western. If the hotel is sold out, don't continue to take reservations, and what right do you have to send me to another hotel without so much as a courtesy phone call! There was a sign on the front desk that said "we're overbooked and if you volunteer to go elsewhere, you will get 6,000 Marriott pts." When I called back later in the evening to confirm that I would get the points for the inconvenience, I was told that points are not awarded if the hotel cancels the reservation, and since I didn't volunteer to go to another hotel, the points would have to be approved by the manager who would be in at 7am the next day. How would I have known that before walking in and being told I no longer had a reservation??? This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service and poor business management. Beware!

This is a great location! Easy to get to Green Bay. The room was clean and the staff very nice!

Nice hotel. Quiet and great location. Breakfast spread was nice. The day we were here they were understaffed so frantic but keeping up and still vety friendly.

Place is below the normal Marriot hotel standards if not below Super 8 standards. They are unable to get receipts that are correct to people in order submit so they can get paid for their travel. If not 2 to 3 days later. I have stayed at many Marriott Hotels this one is far the worst I've been at.
