We stayed in room 104, right off of the lobby. Heidi was the night desk clerk when we arrived to check in and she was the absolute sweetest! She saw that we had four small children and she greeted them all with hugs, high fives, and cookies. She made sure our room was sufficient for the six of us, providing us with extra blankets and pillows and attempting to fix the A/C in the living area of the room. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, and we will ONLY stay at this location when we visit Appleton. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable (even the sofa sleeper!). The breakfast in the morning was quite varied (eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, donuts, cereals, yogurt, etc) and satisfied my picky children. The games room and play area in the breakfast room were also quite nice and my children enjoyed them throughly. We didn't end up using the pool or hot tub, but we did speak to other guests utilizing them and we were told that they were quite nice. Any other staff we interacted with were also top notch, making this hotel VERY family friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Housekeeping could improve. Put DND sign up the first day and our room was never serviced the remainder of the stay . It's as if they assumed we didn't want our room cleaned at all. Ceiling fans in the corridor were filthy. One of the fans had a deflated balloon caught in the blade. The coffee made for the continental breakfast was weak. Front desk staff were nice and courteous. Shares a parking lot with  Texas Roadhouse.  30 minutes to Lambeau Field. Swimming pool was a good size. Fire pit was a nice place to sit and chat.

We were greeted very warmly by Mrs. Heidi. She was extremely courteous, very helpful, and gave my family and I the most kindest welcome. Mrs. Heidi is the picture perfection of what costumer service should be. 

Never in my entire life have I had such a great greeting from any hotel front desk receptionist.

I got a double bed suite for $99! This is by far the best room I could've gotten for the price. It's a huge, beautiful room. We had two adults, and three kids, and we had space. Also, room was clean, and my bed was very comfortable.

Nice place to stay, basic ammeneties, we'll kept. Indoor pool with hot tub. Friendly staff.
