I ended up staying here for a weekend out with my Mom. I was sad that the hot tub was broken but the staff was very nice about it. They offered free drink tickets for me and my Mom. Breakfast was a lot better than any motel breakfast I've had before and it's very close to the mall. I would recommend for a little getaway!!

I thought this was a very nice and clean place. Good parking lot lots of spaces. Staff was very polite and curtious and helpful.

Horrible service. Specifically called to ask about pool/whirlpool availability, clerk said it was functional & open. So we booked a room. We get there to check in, and not only was the clerk rude about it, but all of a sudden, in the 30 mins or less it took to get there, the pool facilities are closed? Now were out the cost if a room, as we look for another hotel with a *functional* swim area. Sounds petty, but we specifically came for a hotel with a pool, and not to be lied to.

This is a good quality hotel at a reasonable rate. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with a couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of cold and hot foods. It is right off the highway and very near the mall, a great location. I would recommend it.

Was unable to stay due to weather the gentlemen at the front desk was so kind I called Expedia to cancel and told me I'd have to wait till Monday to talk with a manager about a refund by he was able to get ahold of his manager. Not only did Expedia call me but he also personal to tell me. Was so happy to get that kind of help, will defiantly stay next time I come up!
