The check-in went smoothly. I arrived very early (before noon) to check-in knowing that a room would not be ready, but I needed to get to a business conference at noon. The receptionist was pleasant but somewhat detached; almost like I was interfering and taking her away from other things that she was doing. A room was not ready, so I paid and left, returning later (around 8:30) to pick up a key. The room was clean and the comfortable with a queen bed and a nice side chair (no ottoman) and desk.. The bathroom was an older style with the tub and water closet in a small cubicle and the sink in the entryway just inside the entrance to the room. The bath was also very clean. All the basic appliances were available (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh and crisp. Breakfast the next morning was pretty ordinary. The bacon was great, but the powdered eggs not so good. There was a nice variety of breads, cereal, fruit and 3 choices of juice. The attendant was very attentive continuously checking and cleaning the smallest spill. He was not overly talkative, but pleasant; quietly going about his business. The biggest issue was location. While convenient, close to the Interstate and on a main highway, the facility was tucked back off an access road that paralleled the highway. The city had road blocked direct access and the only way to the facility was through a busy restaurant parking lot. It was a very enjoyable stay. What I have come to expect from a Quality Inn.

We booked this room while on the road, arrived 4 hrs later. Wonderful young man checked us in. Room was very clean, wonderful king size bed, slept great! Sausage and scrambled eggs, waffles, great orange juice and coffee. All for a great deal of $70 plus tax, of course, lol.

Had a room available on first floor last minute. 1 king bed microwave fridge tv 75$ total. Everything was clean and breakfast is what you would expect

Some improvements made to old room. Needs more. Chair in room so stained and dirty. Deep cleaning needed. Good service though.

Excellent room which was newly renovated. We had a spa in our bedroom which was very nice and exotic feeling. Would pick this hotel over all we have stayed at.
