Love. Love. Love. And did I mention LOVE. awesome place to stay. Very affordable and great location! The room was still spacious considering the odd layout but very beautiful room. The staff was wonderful especially Cole. This staff member really went out their way for me and I appreciate it GREATLY! Very professional and kind (southern charm)! Definitely will book back at this location in the future

The location was the best part of the hotel. It's right in perimeter, not even a 5 minute drive to the mall. The construction did however take away from the beauty since no matter what window you look out of you will see construction. Check in was okay at most. They were a little slow moving people through the line. We wanted connecting rooms and called twice prior (once 2 months out and once the night before) to confirm 2 connecting rooms with a king to 2 queen or 2 queen to 2 queen. Only thing available was a king bed to a king bed, which wasn't working for us because we had a few people with us. We took it and made it work the best we could. Once we got to the room we noticed the shower didn't have a door. Not sure if the rooms were designed that way but we did make a little mess while showering. The pool is indoor and was warm enough to walk in without problems. The breakfast room was very small and a long wait to use the toaster and waffle machine. Overall experience: slow staff, rooms were nice, location is great

Other than the construction going on right now... It is perfect. Centrally located. Clean rooms. Walking distance to shops. Inside pool (major plus)

Everything was excellent. Jonathan is awesome! He gets an A++. He goes above an beyond! The whole staff was friendly. More parking for the hotel is needed in the worst way. Will stay here again.

Very nice, very clean hotel. The clientele was a bit loud and disturbed our sleep. We would definitely give it another try.
