Room was great. 3 of us with the 2 beds. Still a fair amount of room. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked great! Kip the shuttle driver was awesome!

The room was clean, the pool was nice, and the hotels location was convenient for visiting Alma College and Central Michigan University. The continental breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were very helpful in suggesting restraunts for dinner.

The "service" this place provides is severely lacking. I needed a block of rooms for a wedding. I initially tried to block the rooms in November 2016. I did not receive a call back about my inquiries until 3 weeks later. I was unable to take the call seeing as I was at worked, but asked for a call back. I never heard back. I finally stopped by in person to try to block the rooms in January 2017. I was told the person that could help me was not available. I left my information, yet again, and asked for a call back. I did not hear back. I tried to call again today ( February 2017), and was at first told the person was in a meeting. I was then put on hold. Once my call was picked up again I was told the person would not be in until 2PM and I should expect a call back by then. 2PM past, with no call. I called again and was told the person was looking at the request as we speak and that I should expect a call back ASAP. It is now closing hours and no call back. This is unacceptable, and shows poor management. I would not feel comfortable recommending a place with such a poor excuse for customer service.

Good value. The rooms are clean and to Marriott standards, but the hotel is a bit dark and dreary, especially the lighting in the rooms.
