Very nice for the price. I will be staying here again. They could use more staff in the restaurant. Two people are not enough, you shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes for a $15.00 burger . The staff that was there did a great job even though they were busy. Thanks ladies for a great meal!

Location - 4 Service - 2 Rooms - 3 Cleanliness - 2 The only positive thing to say about this hotel is that it is conveniently located. Other than that, it is really just a place to sleep at night. While not filthy it was far from being nice and clean. The room had a musty smell to it. The staff wasn't rude but they also were not welcoming or friendly. We stayed here as part of the blue green vacation package, it really doesn't make you all that excited about the experience. That being said, if you are just looking for a cheap way to stay in Charleston and have a safe place to stay this will fit the bill, just don't expect to be impressed.

We had a terrible experience here. First, our room was not ready when they said it would be so we had to wait in the lobby with about three other families. The clerk at the front could not give us an estimated time when it would be ready. Second, our TV and internet were not working. Third, I accidentally left a very expensive piece of jewelry on the nightstand while leaving. I realized this within 5 minutes of leaving our room and sent my boyfriend back to the room to get it. When he arrived in the room, the maids were already in there cleaning it. The ring was not on the nightstand or on the ground near the nightstand. My boyfriend asked the maid about the ring and they said they would have to call the supervisor and that he should look in the bathroom. He went to check in the bathroom and it was not there either. When he returned, the ring was on the nightstand sitting in plain sight.... I would not recommend this this hotel to anyone and we will not be returning.

I wasn't impressed. Smokers sitting everywhere outside even though it says 100% non smoking property. Ashtrays smelled so stinky in the humid air. Cigarette butts and smokers at the pool! Nah! Not even a microwave in the room. The ad looks like it does but it's only in the suites $$$$! No breakfast except if u pay. Coffee in the rooms, no cream. Coffee in the lobby taken up at 10 a.m. Very few towels in the room. When you know a family is staying, stock it up! There's enough room near the elevators to have coffee and at least ready made muffins and fruit on each floor. It would make guests feel cared for and a little pampered. There's a lot lacking here. We liked the Holiday Inn Express better. We actually thought we were registered there, not sure what happened.

It was not a pleasant experience. There was food on my floor, the shower only half worked and the second light in the bathroom was out. However, the clerk Khalilah was very pleasant and engaging
