Excellent facility. Any time my family and I travel to Sault Ste Marie we stay here. Staff are great, it's clean,modern, rooms are great. My family foster future guide dogs and they accommodate us wonderfully.

Did not have reservations, but I was able to get a room quickly. Staff was friendly and cheerful both on the phone and in person.

The hotel is in a more industrial part of town. The hotel itself is very nice, and the room was clean. The parking lot has space for plenty of cars. The continental breakfast offered was pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly. I'd stay here again.

We were able to switch from a single to a double with no problems.    As always the staff here was tremendous
