Love love LOVE this place. So much so, I haven't been to Estes and stayed anywhere else! They have everything that makes this vacation worth it. So quiet, peaceful and accommodating.

Stay away from this property caution!! My wife and I reserved a cabin here and then without warning we got an email from the owner stating he "had to move us to another cabin" took out our deposit without consent before doing so and without any explanation what so ever due to a booking issue.  When I called the owner he stated "I thought it was ok because the cabins were the same".  After showing my frustration and disappointment he offered correct the problem and give us the cabin we requested originally and then the very next second gave me attitude and in a very vulgar manner said "you know what I'll just refund you and you can go stay somewhere else" .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "RESORT"!! They will go behind your back, take your money and make changes without consulting you at all before hand.   Owner is very shallow and has no sense of customer service or common sense!.

I would recommend this to anyone. It was clean and peaceful and we can't wait to go back. Thanks
