I found a lot of the clothing to be VERY cheaply made, like it would fall apart after a wash. There was the occasional name brand item at a good price. 

No fitting rooms and there is a no refund policy - exchange only within 30 days. 

They somewhat redeemed themselves with the $10 rain boots I picked up. They do have some interesting little items for cheap.

I  stop to  this store every time I visit Raleigh but today the store was a complete disaster I have never seen the store so dirty in my life I don't know what's going on with the management and the employees but they must do better after walking through the store I put all the items I have picked up down cuz with the way the store was I was scared to slide my card

The items are nicely priced. My only issue is that the store doesn't have a dressing room. If something doesn't fit you can't get a refund you can only exchange it for something else. This policy should be changed or they should get a dressing room.
