Thank you Beth for helping me today over the phone. I purchased 2 Gift cards the other day but when I went to open my bag I only had one. She was patient in my annoying situation during the busy holiday season and I'm sure they are busy enough 2 days before Christmas... Thank you for great customer service

Reading some of the past reviews, there is turnover in retail. My experience today was great! Went in looking for one jacket, not in stock, but found an even better substitute. 

Keyijah helped me, pulled sizes from the back to try on for comparison, even offered to help me order online. I tried on about 3 and finally settled on 1 in stock. Keyijah was extremely polite and I sensed a genuine interest in wanting to help me find the right jacket.

Even thanked by another associate when leaving.

went to this location to get a gift for my oldest daughter.  The majority of the staff was awesome.  While walking around i was greeted by Beth.  This was great because we were bypassed by another rep.  Beth gave a great experience.  She was a wealth of information.  We will be returning to this location mainly because of Beth.

I went in there today looking to get myself a fleece for my birthday. I was completely ignored by ALL of the staff. I was not greeted, I was not helped with anything, and I couldn't get anyone's attention. I called the corporate office right there in the store. I told them all of this and they don't seem to care either. I hate to be like this but I feel like I was stereotyped and that's why I didn't get helped like the elderly white couple that walked in 5 mins after me.
