Great place to stay. Our room was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed ! Would absolutely book this hotel again. Shops and restaurants are close by and it is 25 minutes from the beautiful Temecula Wineries.

Staff was rude during check in. I had an inch gap under the door due to the seal missing and it let in the extremely cold outside air. The heater blew cold air all night as well. I ended up losing my voice because of this. When I called the office 3 times in the middle of the night for the heater issue, nobody answered. Called in the morning and the staff who answered didn't even say hello or the hotel's name, just gruffly stated his name like it was a personal line. When I told him the issue with the heater, he rudely said he'd come check it out as though I was inconveniencing him. I waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. After finishing getting ready another 45 minutes had passed and still no one came. I went in the office and said I was checking out early, the staff member rudely huffed and asked what the problem was, why I wasn't staying the full 3 days. When I explained the lack of attention to the heater issue, he aggressively told me that it was OBVIOUS that the maintenance guy wasn't there yet. I told him that should have been communicated when I called, and also explained that no one answered when I called during the night to have it fixed. He told me I should have just walked down to the office if it was that big of a problem. I told him that I had my 3 young daughters there by myself, so obviously couldn't wake them all up to trudge down to the office because whoever was working couldn't be bothered to answer their office phone. He then told me that regardless of that, I was only getting refunded for 1 night. When I argued with him that I was checking out well before their checkout time after only staying 1 night and should therefore DEFINITELY be refunded for, at the very least, my 2 nights that I wasn't staying there, he reluctantly agreed to refund me for the 2 nights, yelling "Fine!". No apologies or effort to fix any issues was put forth whatsoever. The man was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and obnoxiously rude. In addition to the heater and door issues, the mattresses are hard as cement. I'm pretty sure I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor had the carpet been at all clean. I am honestly astonished that this place has any good reviews at all.

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely this inn was. The grounds and rooms are neat and clean. You can tell someone has pride in their establishment. My room had many upgrades and the manager at the desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

THANK YOU. It is a nice and affordable motel. Very clean. You can park the car right outside your room. I had to extend one more night and the owner or employee was very nice about. He gave me another room at a even lower price. The other employees were nice as well... When you have the worst 24 hours in the world, it matter to meet nice people.

It was a good place to stay. It felt private. The cleaning though was a little strange. I appreciate them making my bed daily while I was out of hotel. I found some ants creeping along the "kitchen" of the room and when I walk barefoot on the floor, it felt sticky. The bed is nice. The toilet was running constantly. I forgot to inform the front office about that. The service is good. There's NO warm breakfast buffet, so don't expect something kind of like a little buffet. They do provide apples and bananas as well as bagged bakery. I liked the environment.
