My 6 year old sister and I waited outside today till 9:10 (supposed to open at 9) then the opening employee finally decided to show up for work. The delivery guy was waiting too. She let the delivery man in and told us to wait outside and it would be a while before they were open. She was extremely rude and seemed aggravated that there were costumers waiting to get into the store that was supposed to open 10 minutes prior. Pretty pathetic to have an employee that I can only imagine was much more than 10 minutes late since the store is supposed to be ready for costumers at 9. After her dirty looks and her audibly scoffing at us, we left and I suggested she tried being there on time for her next shift because the store opens at 9, not when she decides to get there and do her job.

If i could give -10 stars on this review I would!!!! The staff are the most rudest ppl I've ever met!!! I went in with a large bill and apparently they had just done shift change and the cashier THREW the bill back at me and told me she wasn't gonna sell me any of it because they just did drawer change and she can't break it..proceeded to yell for her manager and told her "suspend this sale..im,not selling her anything especially since she wants to come in with a bill after we just changed the drawer!" Needless to say YES I showed my ass and told her she needed to take her attitude else where and I got my items. I spoke to the manager which did absolutely NOTHING about it and when I said I would never come back the cashier yelled "Good..Bye!!" in front of other customers!!! I will DEF be getting a hold of someone to make sure that "woman" loses her job!!! Its pretty bad when my kids even said something about her being so rude!

If I could give this store a negative rating I would. The staff are by far the most unprofessional, rude people I've ever encountered. I have seen every employee in that store talking on their cell phones while checking out customers and if you need their assistance while they're on the phone they get an attitude with you for interrupting. They open late and close early all the time. Employees stand out in front of the store yelling and cussing in front of customers like its normal. If you can avoid it I wouldn't recommend going to this location if you expect any kind of customer service.
