Cell phone products and services. Great location in Fern Creek. Plenty of parking. Nice area too. Easy access to the area and easy to get there. Can be seen from the main road. Excellent choices in plans. Prices are reasonable. Family welcome to shop around for a while. Great place to relax and enjoy the day.

This is the most friendly and helpful Sprint store I have been in. This store is my go to store for whatever I need from paying bill, help with my phone, question about my service, or even locating my last phone. They have helped with it all and do it so friendly. It's always a pleasure going in there having to deal with them. Also they are never really crowded so usually there is no kind of wait!

Had so many problems trying to activate a new device with tech support. First time in this location,  and HANDS down the BEST one I have been in. Dave (& Phil) were so helpful. Dave spent a lot of headache and time with us. He was friendly and personable. I will never go to another location. A pleasant experience that I  was originally dreading because of the poor service at other Sprint locations. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, Nick the manager who is all of 21 yrs old was hard to deal with. The 1800 number does things differently than the store and both say the other person is wrong. Everytime I have been to the store there is always a upset customer yelling at the manager.
