The experience was horrible literally from start to finish. We came in around noon and there was a bit of a wait, which is expected and understandable. Several others were in line ahead of us; my mother and u were given a 15 min wait time. We gave the employee our last name and then began browsing the store. About 5 minutes later, my mom noticed that people coming in after us were being seated ahead of us. We asked the employee why the list was being disregarded; she said that the manager told her to "just start seating people".
 
We finally get seated, and the server takes our order. I clearly communicate my choices and observe her write it down. After a 23 minute wait, our food arrives. My order is wrong. She said "That's what I get for relying on my memory!" Um, I saw you write it down?

5 minutes after that, I get my corrected order, so complete wait time is 28 minutes.  The server drops our bill off, and we get charged not only for our correct orders, but for the incorrect order as well! We call the server over and inform her that we refuse to pay for her mistake. She apologizes, says she gave us the wrong copy, and returns with the additional order removed from the tab. She also knocked off the price of one drink, I guess to compensate for our troubles.

Then, we exit out to the store. I queue up to pay the tab. As a reach the cashier, she thrusts her hand in my direction and, without any greeting or "how was everything" or even looking at me, she blankly says "Receipt." So, I place it in her hands. She pushes a few buttons and says "Key pad." I enter my card info and she finishes the sale. She hands me my receipt and (once again in a monotone and without even looking at me) says "Come back and see us." 

Um, nah. No thanks. I'd sooner slam my hand in a car door. I highly recommend staying far, far away from this particular Cracker Barrel.  Well, unless you're a fan of rude employees, getting the wrong order, and sheer incompetence.

This location goes above and beyond for excellent customer care.
Our food was quick and great.
We never went without filled drinks, biscuits corn bread, and constantly being taken care of.
Even the bus boy was so attentive doing a double check to make sure we were happy.

The fire place was burning it was nice and toasty adding to the ambiance.
The store was neat clean and were attended to quickly.
We bought a few items there and had a nice chat with cashier.

Love this Cracker Barrel! Always hot fresh Coffee, and my Breakfast is always Hot and Delicious.  Ask for Emily, she's   very Friendly and always checks on you to make sure everything is Great. The Management is So Very Nice . It's refreshing to talk with people who Care about your Day.

Great food and nice workers. Love the cozy atmosphere, I happen to be there when the fireplace had a nice fire going. All the collectables on the wall are just fabulous. Employees are the best. I regularly eat here and enjoy it. There is plenty of parking and lots of area.

The area is so busy with vehicular traffic.  Walmart and other popular businesses across the street. The Restaurant sits at the busy intersection although for entry you will need to drive down the side street. Beware, it's the second driveway.  A nice surprise there was No wait for lunch time on Saturday. Food quality and service was fine. As usual. We Found the window shade down, which we were grateful, being it was a sunny bright day. Our Server Alexys "Lacey" took care of us really well although other staff members helped. I was told They are Short handed servers. We were enjoying our meal when I found a hair in my food.  Things do happen. They replaced the food and comped my beverage. I look up and see three kitchen workers with exposed facial hair that matched that hair. I think they should wear nets on their face too. One in prep area, one leaving, one arriving. We waited in line to pay and then looked around at the cool merchandise. A three star only because of the hair. Dining room floor could use a sweeping and mopping too.
