Staff seems to not want to really work. Came in now twice and each time the store off the outer loop makes me keep coming into a store. All I came into this store to do is show my work badge and they didn't even want to look me up to give me my discount

Met with AT&T rep after waiting about 10 minutes. Needed to set up my new phone with SIMM Card and load my contacts from my old phone. Ater 30 minutes total I was ready to leave with everything completed to perfection. Great job.

Very poor customer service. Selling inferior product and not willing to stand behind it

Terrible service we walked out after waiting an hour after dealing with the salesman. He was rude and had a bad attitude. We left and currently in another store changing our service, buying 2 new phones and 2 new iPads.

Overall pretty good place, nice reps work here. The prices are pretty expensive especially on a acessories like cases and chargers.
