After working with Leisure Time pools and being VERY unhappy with their work, I called Family Leisure and instantly saw that I was dealing with REAL professionals. Sandy knew just who to put me in contact with. I spoke with Jason, and he had one of his installers, Theo, come out and take a look at the half-installed pool we had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Family Leisure. In today's world, I often find it hard to get good customer service. Family Leisure is one of the most professional businesses I have ever dealt with. Use them and tell your friends!

Purchased: Furniture, Grill, and Pool supplies Last year I was looking to purchase outdoor patio furniture and found a great deal on a sectional! A year later, I am still very happy with my set. I did store it in my sunroom during the winter, but it still looks like new! When in the store, I started looking at the grills. A salesman was telling me all these wonderful features about the Saber infra-red grill. I thought, sure, sure, he is exaggerating--a grill can't be that good. Well because of a sale, I went ahead and splurged and bought me one. Now, a year later, the salesman (I found out later, that he was the store owner) did NOT exaggerate about this grill! All of my food that I grill (mostly meats) always turn out moist, moist with a great flavor! Even chicken breasts and thick pork chops grill up tender and juicy! I can't say enough good things about this grill! The store owner sure knows his stuff! This grill is top quality. This year I started using Family Leisure for my swimming pool needs. They helped me clear up my pool, whereas Leslie's Pools didn't. I had a leak in my filter, and the service department helped me figure out what I needed, at the lowest price. The service department manager is very knowledgeable And was very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this store, the owner and staff! I have seen the store owner on the floor working almost every time I'm in there and he has assisted me in finding items several times. Everyone, from the Owner to the desk girls, have always been so attentive and sincerely nice. Thank you, Family Leisure!

My husband and I purchased the Hannamint fire pit set and the 6 chair dining set from Family Leisure and from the time we walked into the store an our furniture was delivered, we couldn't have been more pleased!!! Each person was friendly, respectful and professional, not to mention patient, as it took us such a long time to reach a final decision because of the wonderful selections they have to offer. In addition, Family Leisure made a few follow-up phone calls to learn if we were satisfied with our purchases assuring us that if anything arose, to be sure to contact them. We've never had any problems, as the furniture is extremely comfortable, stands up to our extreme weather in Oklahoma and makes a delightful, comfortable and peaceful gathering area for family and friends. Thank you Family Leisure for your loyalty to your customers an I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

This class was something I was looking forward too as I had several questions about losing prime and copper levels during hot days. Our person helping us Phil was overly knowledgeable and unassuming as far as looking to help and answer all questions until the very end. I really appreciate being able to participate in this class. Most of all, we feel like this experiment will be more successful than the last four with our current support system.

We purchased a new Nordic spa i.e. hot tub from Family Leisure in OKC. We got the Stella model which is great for the two of us, but can accommodate more. The service at the store was terrific - in fact the owner came over to help us. The sale price he offered was ideal. We also received expert advice on exactly what we did/didn't need for cleaning accessories and chemicals. We will definitely be back for some deck furniture.
