WORST place I have been too! The staff is not friendly what so ever. I was extremely nice to them the entire time I was there. Seems like the girl that works there doesn't want to do anything but check you out! They are unwilling to help and take the time to explain things to you. They are just rude and have terrible attitudes.

Great pet shop wide fish selection. Good people very nice. And large aquarium supply. I like this shop!

Great selection of fish. And the staff was very helpful. My last visit, I bought a betta fish and live plants for my aquarium.

My family and I love coming here wether to purchase fish or just check out the different animals and fish. The blonde lady couldn't be any sweeter and is very knowledgeable about the fish. All the tanks are very clean and maintained. The store itself is clean. It doesn't stink like most pet shops. The fish tanks have individual filter systems unlike big name pet store chains that have one big filtration system that puts contaminated water from one tank into every other tank. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. We drive from towns away just to shop here and will continue to do so :) nothing but great experiences so far!

I frequent the Family Pet Center for most of my aquarium needs. The owner and staff are very knowledgable about setting up/maintaining aquariums. I have 3 aquariums (55, 60, 30 gallon) and they have greatly assisted me in purchasing the correct products for maintaining and monitoring the water quality in my tank. I have recently jumped into planted aquariums, and the staff are extra knowledgable about maintaining a planted aquarium. I have bought many plants from them over the past year. Their plants are typically very healthy and are reasonably priced. Once they received a shipment of plants that were sub-par, and one of the employees gave me a GREAT deal on those plants. They have always treated me right, and have been more than helpful. I am a firm believer in patronizing your local pet store. You can often times find a better deal on items online, but you cannot put a price on the knowledge that they can offer you by stepping foot in the store. I highly recommend this pet store, especially for anyone who owns an aquarium.
