GREAT JOB on my Dog's grooming! We were visiting & they took our dog right in and gave her the whole treatment! Pricing was excellent too! Less than I pay at home... and for the same services. Also found some Great quality items on clearance... our dog needed a replacement collar and leash while on vacay. LOVED THIS STORE! Staff is also friendly & helpful... so we chose to donate to charity through this store!

The only time that they are willing to help you is when you look like you're actually going to make a purchase. If you just have a question or are trying to find out information from the ill-informed staff, then you'd be better off looking it up. Which is what I do now, instead of trying to ask somebody because they're just like lowes employees. They don't know anything about the department in which they're assigned nor do they know anything about anything you're trying to ask them! They often just shake their heads yes and hope that 5hats good enough. When it's not they say, "I'm gonna call Bob, he's an expert here?", then you never see them again!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Love this place 100% and for a pet store the place is in perfect shape and so perfectly clean and all the animals are well fed and kept clean and well taken care of :) :) love would definitely tell friends and family about this place :) :)
