Finally a staff that is very knowledgeable, and not afraid to suggest better ways to raise a healthier animal. I took my lad mix in the emergency and they brought her right in and assessed the problem, it was also nice to see they have all the equipment right there to digaginois the issue. Plan on moving my other dog to this vet because I trust and appreciate that Dr. Ford and Dr. Johnson will treat my animals with respect and their best interest in kind. Thank you so much

I took my senior dog in due to gradual, but severe weight loss and when I walked in I was greeted and felt comfortable. Once we met with the vet, I immediately knew this is finally the vet I will be sticking with. I don't know about anyone else, but a lot of vets I have had experience with lack "bedside manner" just as a lot of doctors do and that's something that's extremely important to me. When you take your animal in, you do so because you're worried and I can bust out into tears with hearing the smallest thing is wrong with my dog. This vet made me feel taken care of like they were going to do anything to help my dog that they would do for their own and that was exactly the kind of care I needed. I highly, highly recommend going here over anyone else in the area. Thank you!!!

We love Dr. Johnson and the team at Family Pet Clinic of North Richland Hills. When our dog was sick, they genuinely cared not only for her but for us as well. Our questions were always answered, they were honest with us about treatment plans, and we never felt rushed or unimportant. After appointments, they would call us to make sure our dog was doing okay. We are grateful to be a patient of Family Pet Clinic of NRH!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My two cats have both benefited immensely because of this place. First off, my cat needed a dental cleaning, I wanted to finance it so I went ahead and got a paw plan. Dr. Vicario suggested taking a urine sample because it was included in the paw plan, and found an underlying disease. Before, she was a very sickly and lethargic cat who hated toys and people. Now, she is more energetic, happy, and all around healthier since undergoing treatment. We used to have to beg her to eat, and now she has a huge appetite! My other cat recently suffered a bad injury to his hip and the staff here has been so accommodating! They have helped answer all of my questions and explain all of the different options to help him, and it has really paid off: despite a slight limp, my cat is already back to normal two weeks later (the recovery time is 6 months). Before surgery, he was so clearly miserable and in pain, refused to eat and just slept and howled out all day. I have had so many emergencies (the injury, I thought one cat ripped out her stitches at one point, sickness, etc) and they have ALWAYS been able to see me within 2 hours. Everyone who works here is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been seen by Dr Vicario, Dr, Johnson and Dr. Jarrett and they all have seriously impressed me! Seriously, bring your pets here.

Katlin Johnson took care of Dante, our bearded dragon today. She and the staff were great. Ill be using them for all of our dragon needs. Very friendly and informative. She took her time with us and I did not feel rushed at all.
