The best of times (welcoming a new puppy) and the the worst of times (saying good-bye to your best friend of 16 yrs.) can ALL be held in one location. How blessed my family has been, to have had Dr. Arnold and her compassionate staff to have seen us through both of these events. Words cannot express how grateful my family has been for the dedication and selfless manner in which Dr. Arnold has presented herself. She genuinely  cares for her patients and their families. When it became time to make the most difficult decision a pet owner ever has to decide upon; Dr. Arnold took that burden away from me. She told me when it "was time" and then held my hand, as my beloved Tootsie of 16 yrs went peacefully away. Her wonderful staff took care of all the arrangements, allowing me the opportunity to depart quickly to be home with my grieving family.  Moving forward a few months later,  Dr. Arnold and her staff helped us welcome a very TINY rescue puppy. They were genuinely excited for us! A best of times moment for sure. Although our little Taffy would fail to thrive- Dr. Arnold and her staff would once again, give selflessly their time and effort to assist my family. Thank-you Dr. Arnold and staff, for all you have done and continue to do, you're the BEST!

Brought a 4 month old kitten for vaccinations. The place smelled horrible and my baby was continuously screaming from the back while I was waiting in the lobby.  I insisted they bring her to me and she came out growling and had expressed her anal glands. She had been for vaccines prior at a different vets office and had no trouble as I was with her the whole time.  I came here because they were advertising low cost vaccines. Low cost isn't always better. She and I were extremely traumatized by the experience. I DO NOT recommend Penny Paws on Basswood Blvd. in Fort Worth. I was extremely dissatisfied.

I brought my dog to the mobile clinic on Saturday a few weeks ago for a heartworm test, and things could not have gone smoother. The vet techs were knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices were excellent. It was very convenient not having to make an appointment for a simple test, and they had heartworm meds available for purchase. One of the techs even called later to see how my dog was doing. Loved it!

I take my pups here for shots they are welcoming and friendly. My boston has hurt her eye and we were in quickly. I like pennypaws they are close and friendly.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Got off work at 5 and came home to my cat being extremely sick and struggling to breathe. Went straight to penny paws since its the closest vet and they didn't close till 6. Showed up at 5:30, and after waiting there for 12 minutes, got told to go somewhere else because they were closing soon.... So at 5:42 (only reason I know is because I checked my phone) the girl behind the counter sent us to another vets office down the road, that according to her they send people too all the time. Apparently no one bothered to tell her they ALSO closed at 6! I mean I get it that everyone wants to go home early, but how ignorant do you have to be to recommend another place that you do not have to time to make it before they lock the doors too? Got to the next clinic to locked doors. Our cat took his last breath as we pulled into the parking lot of the 3rd vets office. I don't know that there is anything that penny paws could have done for our cat, but it would have been nice to know or at least sent to a place that was open so we didn't waste time... oh well hope they all got home a few minutes early.
