Great place.  Very clean.  I always see Dr. Hawkins.  She is smart and personable.  Everyone at the clinic is very compassionate.  When I had to put my dog down they helped me with this emotional decision and followed up with a hand written condolences card in the mail.  Additionally, they don't try to over hype and over sell you on things.  They are very honest.  I drive all the way from Arlington to the Hurst animal clinic for the care of all of my pets.  I think that says a lot.

While it's not the low cost I was hoping for, everyone in the office was very friendly & helpful. I had an appointment & due to a last minute call from my employer I was forced to attempt at getting in early. They made ever accommodation to make that happen. The veterinary assistant was extremely kind, patient, & compassionate, but nothing compared to Dr. Williams. He was attentive & patient with an old man who seemed to only want to babble on & treated my little boy with all the tenderness & care that I could ever hope for. He listened & was eager to calm my fears. I've heard horror stories of other vets taking the patients out of site of their owners for treatment not letting that owner be present while they did their work. This has been a complaint of mine concerning people doctors. The attitude is as if "you really don't have a need to know what's going on. Just shut up & let me do my work."  This is most certainly NOT how I was treated today & I have great appreciation for the way they treated both me & my kitty. THANK YOU ALL!

Hurst Animal Clinic, Dr Daryl & staff have been excellent. 
  Will accommodate emergency, & compassionate when my loved one(dog) was in need of euthanasia.
   Took my new child(dog) in for neuter. A little pricey, but my dog came out happy, & no apparent pain. So thankful to Dr Daryl & staff for taking good care of my baby.

The most compassionate vet in mid cities. Dr Daryl has bed side manner you just don't see any more. He is kind and gentle and puts the needs of his patients before profits. They took care of my fur baby all the way until the end and continued to provide care for her long after most veterinarians would have given up. I am eternally grateful to have found this place.

After moving from Highland Village, I took my dog Gusto here for 5 years.  The staff and vets are amazing.  Taking my dog in for the last time was the worst possible day as a pet owner.  The staff treated me like family and made it the best experience possible, for such a crappy decision to make.  I am grateful for their compassion and understanding.
