Extremely long wait time to see a doctor here. You can get in sooner if you see a Nurse Practitioner, but they'll just cancel on you. It's happened 3 times for me in the span of 2 months and I've been trying for 6 months to get and keep an appointment. The office staff can be very rude and unhelpful. I would recommend going ANYWHERE else if you can help it. They used to be very good, but the past few years my experiences have been terrible. I almost never get and keep an appointment anymore without it being canceled. Dealing with everyone in this office is extremely frustrating. Save yourself the stress and frustration.

Very unaccommendating practice, patient needs a very low priority, rather send you to er then follow thru with post hospital discharge, don't return phone calls nor does oncall return calls, makes patients feel like they are begging for assistance.

I absolutey LOVE all the Doctors and staff at Family Practice. Dr. Lisa Nelson is very warm, kind and helpful. I will stick with them until I pass away or they close. Also, I have never experienced any problems whatso ever with getting appointments, or having my phone calls returned.

Six month wait for an appointment. That's just useless.

The doctors seem OK, but it is dealing with the other staff that is a pain. I really don't like to go in to the office if I don't have to. Most of the women in the office are bitchy--and just try to get an appointment in a timely fashion! Front desk women are terrible, one blood draw woman is awful, nurses . . . Problem is that it isn't easy top get an appointment with anyone in the Pitts--don't move here if you don't have to.
