I've waited a week now for a prescription for a wheelchair, and camode and a tub seat. Faxed all paper work they asked for. KATHLEEN at the front desk is a useless rude person. Carol told me she would call me back she only called porchlite to ask why they haven't helped me...hello??? THEY HAVE YOU HAVEN'T. DOCTOR OFFICES ARE SUPPOSE TO HELP YOURE USELSS

I told Dr D and Josh n the head lady in the office in a meeting we had that I'd try to remember to take my meds everyday that's it's  hard with my memory probs due to all the drugs they had  me on and past head trama I couldn't promise but I would try my hardest but I Just couldn't promise that I would take my meds everyday and go for blood everyweek, they stopped my pca services and stopped calling me to remind me of my blood test like they useta do everyweek before we had the meeting in which they swore their staff never misses calling patients and that by law their suppose to. But because I wouldn't promise I'm not someone who breaks her promises, they caused me a bunch more probs n stopped calling me.

The doctors here are very professional and friendly. The staff and the ppl in reception area are pleasant which makes or breaks a doctor's office.
