Friendly, helpful staff. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I felt really comfortable as a new patient in this office. Virginia Byers is kind, good-humored, and professional—I love her!

I have had nothing but mediocre to poor experiences here. I always end up waiting over 20 minutes to be seen, and the staff on the phone are always less than courteous. The doctors are okay, but since my primary doctor retired, I definitely have no issues saying goodbye when I move. Get a bigger building, hire more doctors and staff, stop taking in new clients because your old ones aren't dying fast enough for the growth you can't handle.

I called in to make an appointment with my regular doctor, Dr. Liu, who I know is scheduled for a few weeks out but never more than a month because I've seen her for the past decade.  The staff who answered the phone with no introduction was speaking so low, that I (a 22-year-old) could barely make out what she was saying, even with my phone volume on max.  I asked if Dr. Liu was available a few different times and each time the staff person said she thought the doctor was busy or out of the office at that time with a very short tone of voice, didn't actually check the doctor's schedule, and gave a similar response when I asked if Dr. Devinney was available.  I told her I'd call back when I looked at my calendar for the month of September, the next time the staff member told me Dr. Liu would be available for a time that also fit my schedule. 

Fortunately, I checked the office's website and found a "quick schedule" option and a time in Dr. Liu's schedule that was open to existing patients for an appointment that fit my needs.  I'm not sure why that appointment time didn't show up as available for the staff member or why she didn't say it was a possible appointment time, but I'm glad I found one for within the month of July.

I will comment with my actual appointment experience.

Update: my more recent visits have shown a more organized front office and staff.

I have been a patient here longer than I can remember, let's say over 25 years. It's been a family affair for us, the Bragg's. Dr. Soltner, is my doctor of record. Dr. Soltner, has saved my life literally and figuratively on many occasions. He stays informed about the changing practices and medicines. However, whenever I've had an acute problem and my doctor Soltner was not available one of the other doctors has stepped in to help me. So I have not had the negative experiences expressed by others.
