Felt as I was treated like a criminal during my visit. The two employees followed me around not offering assistance. That made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I went to check out the cashier ask me to sign up for their rewards program I politely declined and she continued to push to gather my personal information told me she needed to see my driver's license to make a cash purchase I don't know what's going on there but would not recommend this place to anyone poor customer service. No reason the young lady needed my driver's license I was in a bind and needed shoes so I provided the state ID just didn't seem right to me be careful do not give your information to this store or employees. Completely disappointed and outraged on my first buying experience at Famous Footwear

The selection of kids shoes is a little limited, but otherwise there was a good selection and good prices
