We have been customers of Famsa for 5 yrs & have always purchased the warranty on all our items. We have never had any issues until now. We purchased a fridge November 2015 & our warranty is still good for another 3yrs. The fridge started to rust right away bt I didn't make a big deal about it because it still works but now the fridge has developed 2 cracks in freezer. Famsa says the warranty does not cover it when it clearly states that it does. When we went in to speak to the person in charge of warranties he told us himself it suppose to be replaced. My point of this review is to let others know if you purchase from them don't waste your money on the warranty because it won't help you

i have account with famsa because i brougth a touch computer, and i paid it very on time, 3 months ago, i was little behind on my payments because my son get sick and i have all the proof of hospital him still really sick and have cancer, they understand this, and agree with me make a week payments, and i trust and i give them my debit card information and the people in the credit department, run my debit card twice this week, now i try to stop the payment and they charge me m ore, and the draft they make on my account caused me other payments was reject, and caused i have more comission to pay, IF I AGREE MAKE A WEEKLY PAYMENTS WHY THEY CHARGE TWICE ON A WEEK, I CALL THEM AND NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING, PLEASE PEOPLE PLEASE DONT TRUST AND NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, I never refuse make a payment only i ask for time because my son health is first NO MORE BUSSINESS WITH THEM,

Not a bad place to get some furnature, The TV's are awesome, a Nice selection to! I just got a 55 inch LG 1080p TV for 669.99 not bad of a price! I went to the Walmart next door and they had it for 999.99$ wtf..same tv. customer service was nice and responsive. I heard they are under new management. ,so I figured why not give them a shot, and I was happy with my purchase! :)

I just pay of a leaving room set and guess what it was really good experience ... great product and awesome costumer service ... plus wen you pay on time u can build you credit or fixit ether way .... they take payments over the phone ..... huge place inside .... if you want something cheep go there .....
