My Stylist- TEE:  What can I say, I am so happy with my new cut.  Tee has restored my confidence in going to hair salons, she was so nice, helpful, and really listened to what I wanted.  And this is what I wanted. I am a senior citizen and It has been years since I left the beauty shop HAPPY.  
I highly recommend this salon to all. It is a clean, comfortable, relaxing, yet energizing environment with professional and nice people.  Especially Ms Tee.  Thank you soo!!  much.  And they are open on Mondays

I have been going here for years! And so have my mother. I always have Lisa Jo do my hair and Brenda cuts my mothers. Lisa Jo is the best. She really listens to what you want and is very meticulously.

Went to this location two weeks ago for a trim because I had originally got my hair cut from there (which they cut unevenly). I decided to go back for a trim and to have them fix the first cut. I got there at 7:06pm, I saw that they were busy so I asked the lady checking people in how long it would take, she informed me it would be about 35 minutes so I decided to wait it out. An hour into waiting one of the hairdressers informed me that someone would be right with me, so I decided to wait a little longer.  At 850 that same hair dresser had to be the one to ask if I had been seen yet, I then let her know that I was still waiting so that's when all the others kept saying that they did not know I was there as a customer and that they thought I was waiting. Someone finally said they would take me (by then it was already 9pm, their closing time) She told me she would take me and said she had to walk in the back but will be with me in a few minutes, I waited for an EXTRA 10mins and she was not back yet, so I walked out. The only reason why I did not say anything before was because I was told someone would be right with me, if I had known that I was going to wait for two hours just for a trim I would have left already. This place is a freaking joke, as a company such as Fantastic Sam's the professional thing to do when you see someone waiting is to ask them whether they are waiting for a someone or there to get services for themselves and not have them waiting for hours. I will never go back to this one again and I will certainly make sure if I step foot into another fantastic Sam's and wait the amount of time I waited to say something to them. I will definitely make sure that you guys do not get any recommendation from anyone I know. You guys really need to get it together!
