Showed up at 9am for a haircut a simple buzz cut #2 all the way around. Was told to come back at 9:30, I complied. Came back and waited until 9:45 still was not serviced. The two stylists that were there were doing cut and color on two women that showed up after I left the first time. Everyone knows a cut and color can drag on for eternity. I was blatantly lied to on the time frame. Little do they know I have the interview of my life today for a position I've been trying to acquire for 4 years now. This business missed out on a great tipping returning customer. Get it together ladies.

Ok, I know you get what you pay for but I paid a lot to have an uneven haircut and sub par color and partial highlight. To be fair the highlight wasn't horrible but the cut, OH MY!!! A friend of mine also took a chance, first cut was good but the second was an uneven MESS!! The stylist was distracted and careless.  Do yourself a favor and pay a few more $$ and go to a real salon if you want even hair.

I had an appointment at 3 o'clock today. I arrived two minutes before and announce my name. The girl looked at me funny and then turned to look at Michael who I had the appointment with.  She said oh have a seat, it will just be a few minutes. I thought to myself, no it won't, after i looked and saw he was walking over to his station/chair where a lady was already seated --her hair was dry so he hadn't started on her yet---I saw he had a hair dye bowl and brush in his hand. He looked at me kind of funny and I said what about my 3 o'clock? ?  He said oh she had a 3:30 and she showed up early. I said so you took her and gave my appointment to her? Thanks a lot. there was no I'm sorry no nothing. So I walked out. I WILL NEVER GO THRRE AGAIN.  If I didn't have an appointment, that would be one thing but when I specifically made an appointment I expected it to be honored. I am firing off a complaint to Fantastic Sams corporate office someone needs to know whats  going on there and how they have a lack of respect for their clients with appointment.s.

Very disrespectful and aggressive. If you choose to go here there are a few rules you need to follow.
It's your responsibility to make sure you, as a customer, know these rules are real and exist. 
Always tell the stylist exactly what you want done regardless if they ask you or not. 
Never enter after 5 pm and expect to get your hair dyed. 
None of these rules are posted clearly in the store. 
If you are unhappy with your service the customer relationships department doesn't care and will do absolutely nothing about your experience. 
It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. My wife and I walked in at 4:45pm. We sign in about 2 minutes apart from each other. We waited over an hour to get asked what we wanted. After my wife mentioned that she wanted her hair dyed the ladies both say it's too late to get a dye in. One of them says if you had came in before 5pm we could have done it. If we had known this we wouldn't have spent over 1 hour of our time waiting. After I said we have been here since 4:45 the lady says "Did you tell us what you wanted?" with the worst attitude. Knowing that I was my first time being in Fantastic Sam's I obviously didn't know the rules. Either way my wife and I just left without getting anything done.

Excellent stylist!  Easy to book appointment online.  Couldn't be happier with cut and color!
