Shame this place has gone away from the fast service I used to get. Been here several times in the past few months and it’s gotten slower and slower. I don’t like the 215 and Decatur location but I guess I need to swap over as they do a decent job and are much faster.  Not to mention I was growing my hair out about 2 months back and the stylist didn’t listen and cut me way too short. I even said not that short and she cut it anyway lol

What happened to this location? I’ve been in several times and checked in online to be told only 5 minutes wait, when I get there it’s the same but over 20 min each time. I end up leaving at that point. Too bad this used to be a good location. I’ll find another shop. :(

I frequent this place and the service is usually good. The stylists are good at what they do and therefore this place is pretty busy some times . So make sure you check in online (as I always do) so you can skip the line.

Ashley totally amazed me. I haven't been to a Great Clips in a couple years because I felt the quality of cut I had gotten in the past weren't all that great. But I chanced it and gave this location a shot. First, this does not seem to be a busy location at all so I ended up walking right in and straight back to a chair. Next, Ashley impressed me by asking me extensively about my usual cuts and how I like it done. In the past I've maybe been asked 2 or e questions and  then  the stylist would just hack away. Not Ashley. She must have asked me about 8-10 questions, repeating back what I had said and then asking follow up questions to my answers. I truly felt listened to AND HEARD. Next I was caught totally off guard at how fast she cut my hair... AND IT LOOKED GREAT!!! I think she may have a new returning patron with me. THANKS ASHLEY!!!
