Quality jewelry repair fast in 1 hour or less! I've been going there for 30+ years now! I recommend this store and the jewelers to anyone as good fast work honest too! Very reasonable prices considering how fast the work is done! If I could give negative stars I would! My husband had just bought me a gorgeous ring for our 10 year anniversary, an antique opal and diamond ring from London. I was disappointed to hear that it could not be sized down any further but I understood why, however Don had to make sure to come out of his little glass cage and tell us how stupid we were for having bought the wrong ring. We tried to see if there were other options like adding gold to the bottom of the ring, and he acted as if nothing were possible! As we continued to try and figure out what we could do he kept telling us everything that was impossible. Turns out it is very possible to add gold but he lacks the equipment (and no doubt the expertise) to do so. Once we found out it was possible (though not from him) he insinuated that the cost ($150, hardly insurmountable) would be beyond our meager funds as if he knew anything about us. His behavior was rude and almost seemed irate.
