This was not our first time using Fast Lane for our repairs. I am writing to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service  we have received every time we have brought  our cars in. Jake , thank you for extending  us such kindness and consideration. You can be sure that any time we need anything done on our cars your automotive repair facility will be our first choice.  We highly recommend Fast Lane a place you can trust !!!!!!

There are major factors that come into play when choosing Auto Service for your vehicle. At fast Lane you don't have to sacrifice any factors to get great service at an affordable rate. The customer service is outstanding! , the work done is legit, and they work keep you updated throughout the entire process. They explain every thing thoroughly and go above and beyond , every single time!  Ive never been to mechanics that actually care about the customer!  Ive had the pleasure of doing business with Marcus and Jake. We are repeat customers and i wouldn't recommend going any where else other than Fast Lane. Best place in cove if your love your vehicle. - The Thomas Family

I want to say thank you to Marcus and Jason Gibson for supreme service. They went out of their way to ensure my care was not only fixed, but safe. Gas was accidently put into my diesel, it took them many more hours than expected. To say they spent 3 straight days on my car would be an understatement. They went above and beyond what any car repair shop would have done. Marcus is the best!!!! manger I have ever had the privilege of dealing with and Jason Gibson is the finest repair man. I have never seen a place go this this length to ensure my care was safe to drive...thank y'all very much and to anyone considering using them I would say" Don't go anywhere else"

Super happy with all my visits to Fast Lane. Today I had an oil change, fuel filter and fuel water separater replaced. Ended up getting the air filter replaced after they showed me how dirty it was. They also noticed my brake fluid level was low and performed a free brake inspection for me. When a business goes outta the way to ensure the proper care of your vehicle and for your safety, it’s hard to not come back. Not only are they super friendly, but they are prepared to go above and beyond to provide you with great service. Highly recommend to everyone.
