FastMed Urgent Care provides walk-in medical treatment of illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages. Our clinics are staffed with experienced and licensed physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. FastMed clinics hold The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation in compliance with the Joint Commission’s national standards for health care quality and safety in ambulatory health care.

I took my 18 month old son due to him having a high temp. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. The wait time wasn't too bad even though they were busy that evening. I also appreciate that they call to follow up and check on their patients days after their appointment. Makes you feel like they genuinely care.

I have been going to this clinic to see my regular primary care provider. He specializes in internal medicine, and as an older patient, I need a bit more care than I did when I was younger. The staff is always happy to provide great care and are very nice to me. They have even called my regular person on his days off at his home when I needed his care. I am happy with this place and the people who work here. Before I became a regular patient, I did come in a couple of other times for urgent care and was taken care of perfectly. I recommend these folks.

At this point, it’s two stars because of the wait time. I was up very early this morning, like 4am, because I’m sick, so I went online to see what time they open. I saw that there was an online check-in option and you select a time. The earliest time available to select was 9:25am, I wanted earlier, but I chose it to avoid a long wait time in the office. One hour before my scheduled “appointment” at 9:25, I received a reminder text telling me to arrive at least 10 minutes before my visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and of course checked in and was asked to update my information on their pad. I received another reminder while I was there, telling me that I had a scheduled visit at 9:25, so hurry or my spot could not be saved. By this time, I was at the counter again returning their pad, all by 9:25. So a few minutes after 10am, I’m still waiting, while I see others go back that came in after me. I understand that there are different reasons to visit an office, but I completed the online process to AVOID that very situation. So, I asked the receptionist about it and she said to me “Oh, you did the online check-in. That’s not actually an appointment. That just lets us know you’re coming, but you’re next anyway.” There was no apology for the wait and they showed a lack of concern for it. The online process is quite misleading as well. In addition to this, I had a billing issue with them previously where they claimed I had a balance, and they refused to see me until I proved that I owed them nothing. Not only was my account paid in full, it was PAID AT THE TIME OF SERVICE! I was seen that day after sitting in my car getting their mess all figured out. I went back today because it’s close to home and I thought the worse was that billing issue and that was cleared up. Needless to say, but I’ll say it anyway, I won’t return after this.

Unfortunately, the wait was a little over two hours. When you're sick and the chairs are not comfortable it becomes a little hard for you to hold yourself up, being that you're weak because of your sickness. However, the staff did inform customers about the wait when they checked in. When I got to the back it was a smooth and quick process. The staff is very friendly. The P.A. was very helpful (I cannot remember her name but she had dark/black hair and she was of medium height) she examined me and prescribed me exactly what I needed. Today has been four days since I've been there and I am at 100% now. The best part about this Urgent care is the staff. Very Friendly!

I have been there twice having recently decided to switch my primary care provider. Very impressed with the efficiency. I had appointments both times, was called on within 5 minutes of my appointment time and taken care of in speedy yet thorough fashion. I would definitely recommend Fast Med to anyone desiring prompt, thorough care. Mr. Wolinski, the PA who was my provider years ago, is still as on the ball as ever.
