I worked at this facility and this is a good facility. The staffing was low for a bit but not as bad as some facilities and not as it is being said in the last review. (all facilities have had low staff) The staff love the residents including the management team. No facility is perfect... Sounds like the ex employee who left last review probably needed to leave. She hasn't ever given a positive review of anywhere (look at the history) . Sad to try to bad mouth a place that employed you for so long. If it were that bad why stay that long and still know so much about what's going on?  This place was good they helped me get my CNA and now I am a nurse. No employer is perfect. But I would put my grandma in  here with no issue.

This facility is the worst place to put your loved one. I worked there for five years and the staffing wasn't an issue because the staff problem is in every nursing home. It was upper management. The last administrator Jane, literally ran the building in the ground. they kept her around for so long because no one wanted to work there. Then the regional administrator Rochelle was demoted and does not care about the building. There was an incident where a resident fell out of the bed and bruised her whole face. The two cna's that were working knew what happened and so did Rochelle. she chose to not fire them because she did not want to hire anymore cna's or a new maintenance man. who was working the hall the night she fell out of bed. so they not only covered up a resident getting hurt so badly, they continue to work there. please reconsider putting your loved ones in this home. it is not safe. I worked there for five years and I have seen so much that should have shut that place down. They just get rid of the ones who will say something.

My father was in this facility for around a year and a half throughout his stay he was treated very well by the director, Jane and other Executive staff. Also during his stay dad became good friends with his care givers there, many times they went out of there way to accommodate his needs! From both my father and myself we thank them all and would highly recommend this friendly, professional facility to others.

My dad has been at Fayetteville Health and Rehab for about five months.  He has received wonderful care.  Everyone that works there seems to truly care for him personally.  All employees are kind and respectful to him and to me, from the CNAs to the top management.  We sometimes go by to visit several times a day and at different times of the day and night and have never found him being treated with anything but kindness.  I also have observed nothing but the same type of wonderful care and respect towards the other residents.  I would recommend Fayetteville Health and Rehab to others that are in search of a skilled nursing facility for their loved one.

The facility is occupied 68% because of a remodel of 1.? million dollars!
