Jay was very helpful and informative when giving the quote. On the day of the move, Adrian and Javier arrived on time. They were polite and patient. They finished loading within the estimated time. We met them at the new location where unloading took less than half the time (fewer stairs). Everyone I dealt with at Federal Companies as we planned and executed this move reduced my stress level.

Outstanding moving experience! We moved from Chicago to Florida and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Laura Huff for providing an accurate thorough estimate and helping us prepare for the move. Kristi Giovanelli provided excellent customer service throughout our move. We had to switch our move destination during the process (as our original apartment flooded) and they provided outstanding service, even on the weekend. Thank you! We couldn't be happier with the move

The packers and movers were very respectful and careful with our items. They kept in contact with us to be sure that we aware of any time changes for pick up and delivery. The only problem for us, was that we waited to buy our airline tickets based upon the delivery dates and that was promised to us by our booking agent to be available at least 2-3 weeks earlier than we received it.

I would highly recommend Federal for your move! The guys were very professional, personal and efficient! Not even a glass was broken during the move. We did pack ourselves and our move was local. They were within a half hour of the quote. Great Job!!

I met with Israel Snider today and he really is a great guy very informative and helpful. Customer service is very important to me and he sure provides that. Very impressed thank you.
