I scheduled an appointment with this delivery company and I had a notably awful experience. Firstly, my delivery was late. When I tried to speak with a representative (Steven) to schedule another delivery time, I was met with the least amount of accommodation and civility that one would expect from a service representative. Steven hung up on the phone with me while we were trying to coordinate a new delivery time. 

My concern was that the designated "moving" elevator in my building was reserved by another unit during the morning time slot that Steven was adamant about scheduling. The management for my building spoke with him and confirmed this situation. However, Steven did not listen and continued to schedule the delivery to happen during that conflicted time. Nevertheless, I canceled my other commitments for that morning and waited for the delivery. The company was late, yet again, and ended up delivering in the afternoon anyway. 

As for the driver, he was incompetent and of volatile behavior. Three men were present to assist with the move and none could assemble the bed properly; there were screws sticking out and it is unstable to the touch. I sent a video of this to the driver, but he didn't reply back. He also left my guitar in the moving truck so after the delivery, I had to follow him to St. Pete to get my guitar back. 

On top of all of the aforementioned problems, the driver and movers expected an extra tip. I had already included a 15% tip at the time of the pickup, but the driver complained that they don't get to share the tip. Is a different tipping standard required for these types of services? When I tried to speak to Steven about all of this, he dismissed me to this forum instead of listening to my concerns with the service. Finally, the company said they would reimburse me $45 for the three-day delay. However, to this day, I have still not received this reimbursement, my claims to pay for the repairs and for the negligence have been denied attention, and no apology has been provided for Steven's abominable behavior.

These guys are the BEST around. They arrived promptly and set to work. They were efficient, polite, neat and worked like a well oiled machine. Nothing was broken; and delivered over an 8 HR time span. They were singing and smiling all the way through. I would recommend them very highly and Would definitely use them. Great group of guys. All have worked for the company 8-11 years. That says a lot about the management. Very hard workers.

These guys are amazing. I was moving from New England to Chicago and the whole process was very smooth. The quote was accurate and the rep on the phone was friendly.

The crew was punctual, professional and quick.

All promises were kept and no items were damaged. I never thought a long distance move would be this easy.

I was moving from Alabama to Chicago with these movers and I was impressed with the way they handled everything. I had a bunch of stuff that was not easy to move and pack but these guys handled it like professionals. I recommend these guys if you are looking to have a stress free move.

I used them in 2008 to move from a one bedroom high rise apartment off of Lake Shore drive.  The move from the apartment was quick and easy.  But I needed a place to store my things because I was in between places while I worked in California.  They offered to store my things until I move back to Chicago.  When I came back a year later I visited their "storage" facility and was very shocked that my things were not contained within individual storage rooms...my things were unsecured.  I finally moved back and had them move my things to my new place and I found A LOT off things missing.  I can't find my old CDs, can't find my old books, etc.  Also, a few of my furniture were broken when they moved my things from their storage to our new place.  I definitely would NOT recommend using them.  They were cheaper than most movers, but that came with a price.
